摘要
荨麻疹(CU)是临床常见的一种自限性皮肤病,西医诊治常以抗过敏治疗为主,停药后极易反复,严重影响患者的日常生活质量。随着临床上对荨麻疹研究的逐渐深入,发现民族特色疗法对其治疗具有独特的优势。民族特色疗法在民族传统医药理论的指导下,积累了丰富的实践经验,对治疗荨麻疹有良好的疗效。通过查阅近年来临床诊治荨麻疹的相关文献,对民族特色疗法、中药香薰、小儿推拿等方法进行归纳总结,以期为今后荨麻疹诊疗技术的进一步研究提供参考。
Urticaria(CU)is a common clinical self-limited skin disease.Western medicine treatment is usually based on anti-allergy treatment,which is easy to be repeated after drug withdrawal and seriously affects the quality of daily life of patients.With the deepening of clinical research on urticaria,it is found that the treatment with ethnic characteristics has a unique advantage.Under the guidance of traditional national medicine theory,ethnic medicine has accumulated rich practical experience and has good curative effect on urticaria.By referring to the relevant clinical literature on the diagnosis and treatment of urticaria in recent years,the author summarized and summarized the methods of ethnic characteristic therapy,traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy and pediatric massage,in order to provide some thoughts for the further research and development of urticaria in the future.
