摘要
目的:回顾性分析和评价化湿败毒方联合西医治疗重型疫毒闭肺证新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床疗效。方法:收集355例新型冠状病毒肺炎住院患者的临床资料,其中重型患者44例,符合重型疫毒闭肺证的患者23例。回顾性分析23例重型疫毒闭肺证患者使用化湿败毒方联合治疗前后的临床特征、实验室指标及影像学的差异。结果:分析对比后发现,化湿败毒方联合治疗可改善重型患者反复发热、呼吸困难、乏力、咳嗽、头昏、食欲不振、失眠等症状,患者肺部感染有吸收,血常规、CRP、PCT等炎症指标显著改善。结论:化湿败毒方联合西医治疗可提高重型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的治愈率。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined treatment of severe COVID-19 with Huashi Baidu decoction.Methods:Clinical information of 355 COVID-19 patients who were discharged from Hubei No.3 People’s Hospital of Jianghan University from February 10,2020 to March 10,2020 was collected.Among them,44 cases of severe COVID-19,23 cases of pestilence-toxicity blocking the lung.Clinical characteristics,laboratory indices and imaging data were compared and analyzed before and after combined treatment with Huashi Baidu Decoction.Results:Combined treatment was found to improve the symptoms of severe COVID-19 with recurrent fever,dyspnea,fatigue,cough,dizziness,loss of appetite and insomnia.Patients with lung infection have absorption.And there were significant differences in SAA,PCT,CRP before and after combined treatment with Huashi Baidu Decoction.Conclusion:The combination of Huashi Baidu Decoction and western medicine can promote the treatment and rehabilitation of patients diagnosed with severe COVID-19 infection.
