摘要
广东怡和行伍家商人具体来说可分为三代,一代以伍国莹为代表的早期商人致力于广州贸易的探索,二代以伍秉钧、伍秉鉴为代表的新行商正式创立怡和行并走向鼎盛时期,三代则以伍元华、伍崇曜为代表的行商后代继续怡和行的后期经营。广东怡和行伍家先辈自明清之际由闽入粤,探索出福建、广东两地的贸易路线,及至进入十三行时期,三代伍家人共同致力于广州的商业贸易。怡和行伍氏家族的传承,清晰地展现出清代广东行商家族的真实发展状况,并映射出它们在历史长河中对社会经济、政治及文化的影响,是广东行商家族史研究领域最为重要的组成部分。
Guangdong Yihe merchants can be divided into three generations.The first generation of early merchants represented by Wu Guoying is committed to the exploration of Guangzhou trade,the second generation of new merchants represented by Wu Bingjun and Wu Bingjian officially founded Yihe and went to its peak,and the third generation of future generations represented by Wu Yuanhua and Wu Chongyao continued the later operation of Yihe.Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the ancestors of Guangdong Yihe Wu family have entered Guangdong from Fujian and explored the trade routes between Fujian and Guangdong.Until the thirteen Hongs period,the three generations of Wu family have worked together on the commercial trade in Guangzhou.The inheritance of Yihe Wu family clearly shows the real development of Guangdong business family in the Qing Dynasty.It is one of the most important components in the research field of Guangdong business family history.
