摘要
预应力混凝土方桩通常采用桩端焊接连接方式,但焊接连接易造成焊缝缺陷,难以保证焊接质量。文章阐述了一种插销式机械连接先张法预应力混凝土方桩,是通过施加预应力、掺入高效减水剂及高压蒸汽养护而成的混凝土方形预制桩,利用插销式机械连接装置将两节或多节方桩连接成整体桩的方法,既能保证连接质量又能提高连接效率,具有较明显的技术经济效益和发展潜力。
Prestressed concrete square pile is usually connected by endwelding,but welding is easy to cause weld defects and difficult to ensure welding quality.A plug type mechanical connection pretensined prestressed concrete square pile is a concrete square precast pile formed by applying prestress,adding super plastcizer and hig_pressure steamcuring-pressure steamcuring.Two or more square piles are connected into a whole pile by using plug type mechanical connection device,which can not only ensure the connection efficiency,It has obvious technical and economic benefits and development potential.
