摘要
目的:浅析温药热熨疗法在小儿肺炎后期啰音吸收中的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年7月罗定市中医院收治的确诊小儿肺炎后期160例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组80例。对照组实施常规疗法,试验组在对照组的基础上加用温药热熨疗法。比较两组住院时间、退热时间、啰音吸收时间、痰鸣音消失时间、用药满意度、不良反应发生情况及疗效。结果:试验组住院时间、退热时间、啰音吸收时间、痰鸣音消失时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组用药满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,总有效率为96.25%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上加用温药热熨疗法,可显著提升肺炎患儿疾病康复效率,整体疗效显著,给药安全性理想,应用满意度高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of warm medicine hot ironing therapy in children’s rales absorption in the late stage pneumonia.Method:A total of 160 children diagnosed with late stage pneumonia in Luoding Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to July 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine therapy,and the experimental group was given warm medicine hot ironing therapy on the basis of the control group.The length of hospital stay,antipyretic time,rales absorption time,disappearance time of phlegm,medication satisfaction,occurrence of adverse reactions and efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:The length of hospital stay,antipyretic time,rales absorption time and disappearance time of phlegm of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.25%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine,warm medicine hot ironing therapy can significantly improve the recovery rate of pneumonia in children,the overall effect is significant,the safety of drug administration is ideal,application satisfaction is high.
