摘要
在相同生产工艺条件下,完成了Cr-Mo系与高Al系两种成分DP590合金化镀锌板生产试制,并对其组织、镀层质量及力学性能进行了详细对比。结果表明,高Al系DP590相较Cr-Mo系DP590,基体微观组织更加均匀,具有更高的延伸率和n值,综合性能更优良。但由于高Al系DP590中Al元素添加过多,会在基板表面形成氧化物富集,影响锌液浸润性从而造成漏镀,需要增加预氧化功能或提高退火炉露点减少漏镀。
Under the same production process conditions,the DP590 with two components,Cr-Mo series and high Al series,was trial produced and elaborately compared.The results show that,compared with Cr-Mo system DP590,the matrix micro structure of high Al annealed hot-dip galvanized DP590 is uniform,with higher elongation and n value and better comprehensive properties.However,due to the excessive addition of Al elements in the high Al-based DP590,oxide enrichment will be formed on the surface of the substrate,which will affect the wettability of zinc solution and cause leakage plating.It is necessary to add the pre-oxidation function or increase the dew point of the annealing furnace to reduce leakage plating in the future.
