摘要
目的:探析低剂量螺旋CT对不同征像形态肺结节的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年8月我院收治的肺结节病患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。所有患者均统一接受肺部64排256层螺旋CT扫描,对照组采用常规剂量扫描(螺距设定为1.0,扫描剂量为250 mA),研究组采用低剂量扫描(螺距为2.0,扫描剂量为50 mA),对比两组患者在不同剂量CT扫描下肺结节的检出率、病灶情况及肺结节不同征像形态学的检出情况,对比两组患者的CT成像质量,并统计两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组肺结节的检出率为82.00%(41/50)、结节平均直径11.23±5.36 mm;对照组肺结节的检出率为90.00%(45/50)、结节平均直径11.36±5.28 mm,组间未见统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组不同征像形态肺结节的检出率、CT空间分辨率、时间分辨率、图像伪影占比、图像噪声占比与对照组比较未见统计学差异(P>0.05),而不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量螺旋CT可对不同结节征像形态学进行有效鉴别,其诊断准确率、安全性更高,可更好的适应患者随诊需求。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of low-dose spiral CT for pulmonary nodules with different signs.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group(n=50).All patients received a uniform 64-slice 256-slice spiral CT scan of the lungs.The control group used conventional dose scanning(pitch 1.0,scanning dose 250 mA),and the study group used low-dose scanning(pitch 2.0,scanning dose 50 mA),compared the detection rate of lung nodules,lesions and morphological detection of different signs of lung nodules under different doses of CT scans between the two groups of patients,the CT imaging quality of the two groups of patients,and made statistics of the patient’s adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Results:The detection rate of lung nodules in the study group was 82.00%(41/50),and the average diameter of nodules was 11.23±5.36 mm;the detection rate of lung nodules in the control group was 90.00%(45/50),and the average diameter of nodules was 11.36±5.28 mm,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the detection rate of lung nodules with different signs in the study group,CT spatial resolution,time resolution,proportion of image artifacts,proportion of image noise were no statistical difference from the control group(P>0.05).In the study group the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose spiral CT can effectively distinguish different nodule signs and morphology,and its diagnostic accuracy and safety are higher,and it can better meet the needs of patients for follow-up.
