摘要
随着我国生活垃圾处理行业的快速发展,综合型的固废园区纷纷涌现出来,各地方政府纷纷探索固废园区管理思路,引入第三方监管强化固废园区运行。本文分析了固废园区特点、当前固废处理设施第三方监管的简要特点及方式,以及固废园区开展第三方监管存在的难点,提出了各地政府和第三方监管单位在开展园区第三方监管工作过程中的建议。
With the rapid growth of municipal solid waste treatment of China, the comprehensive solid waste park has been emerged one after another. Local governments have researched on management thought of solid waste park, and brought the third party supervision to enhance management of it. This paper analyse the characteristic of solid waste park, the characteristic and the mode of third-party supervision of solid waste treatment facilities, and the difficulty of supervise of solid waste park. And provide advices on third-party supervision of solid waste park for local government and third-party supervision unit.
