摘要
在工业存贮和排放领域,为防止钢基体设备的管道和储罐不被腐蚀,预硫化橡胶衬里是防腐耐磨的首选材料。防腐橡胶板(橡胶衬里)在使用前,通过打磨处理来增加表面粘接能力,最终实现提高防腐性能的目的。然在胶板打磨过程中,往往会产生较多的胶粒残渣和粉尘,需要人工专门清扫,该工位工作条件差,劳动强度高,且影响车间整体工作环境。针对这一现状,提出对其进行自动清扫改造,以达到改善车间工作环境,实现小费用大改进的目标,适用于中小企业技术升级改造。
In the field of industrial storage and discharge, pre-vulcanized rubber lining is the preferred material for anti-corrosion and wear resistance in order to prevent corrosion of pipes and tanks of steel based equipment. Anticorrosive rubber sheet(rubber lining) before use, through polishing treatment to increase the surface bonding ability, most to achieve the purpose of improving the anti-corrosion performance. However, in the process of polishing the rubber board, there are often more colloids residue and dust, which need to be cleaned manually. The working conditions of the station are poor, the labor intensity is high, and the overall working environment of the workshop is affected. In view of this situation, it is proposed to carry out automatic cleaning and transformation in order to improve the workshop working environment and achieve the goal of small cost and big improvement. It is suitable for the technology upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
