摘要
近年来,生物活性肽中的抗氧化活性肽能够清除自由基、保护细胞抵御氧化应激损伤,从而达到抗衰老的生物活性逐渐被证实。目前,关于猪胸腺提取物抗氧化能力的研究鲜见报道。本次试验以北京修正制药有限公司提供的猪胸腺提取物为研究对象,通过生物体外的DPPH自由基与ABTS+自由基清除试验,探讨其抗氧化能力。结果表明,猪胸腺提取物的浓度为5%~7%时,清除DPPH自由基和ABTS^(+)自由基能力较强,最大清除率分别为20.44%、59.36%,结果说明猪胸腺提取物是具有良好的抗氧化效果。因此,将猪胸腺提取物作为化妆品中天然抗氧化活性物质应用时,其推荐添加量应在5%以上。
In recent years, antioxidant active peptides in bioactive peptides can scavenge radicals, and protect cells against oxidative stress damage, thus achieving the biological activity of anti-aging gradually proved. At present, there are few reports on antioxidant capacity of porcine thymus extract. This test took porcine thymus extract provided by Beijing Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the research object. DPPH radicals and ABTS^(+) radicals scavenging tests were conducted in vitro to investigate its antioxidant capacity. The results showed that when the concentration of porcine thymus extract was 5 %~7 %, the scavenging ability of DPPH radicals and ABTS+radicals were strong, and the maximum scavenging rate was 20.44 % and 59.36 %, respectively. The results showed that porcine thymus extract has good antioxidant efficacy. Therefore, when porcine thymus extract is applied as a natural antioxidant active substance in cosmetics, its recommended addition amount should be above 5 %.
