摘要
为了从根本上解决电气设备日常应用中失爆率过高的问题,指出了失爆危害,分析了电气设备常见的几种失爆现象发生位置,包括隔爆接合面、电缆引出与引入位置、电气设备表面等。总结了导致煤矿电气设备出现失爆现象的主要原因,提出了预防措施:严控采购关卡,确保电气设备选择的合理性,强化设备日常维护,安装失爆自检仪,加大培训力度,完善相关制度,提升工作人员安全意识及业务水平,以减少电气设备失爆现象,提升煤矿电气设备运行的稳定性、安全性。
In order to fundamentally solve the problems of daily application of electrical equipment,the study points out the hazard of explosion,analyzes several kinds of explosion positions of electrical equipment,including explosive-roof adjoining plane,extraction and introduction location of the cable,and electrical equipment surface,etc.Then the study summarizes the main causes of explosion of coal mine electrical equipment explosion;and proposes the intervention measures,i.e.to strictly purchase pass,ensure the rationality of electrical equipment selection,strengthen the daily maintenance of equipment,arrange explosion self-inspection,promote training,perfect related system,and promote the security consciousness and business level of the working staff,in order to reduce the explosion,and promote the stability and safety of coal mine electrical equipment operation.
