糖蜜和乳酸菌对福建香茅草青贮品质的影响

摘要 为探讨添加糖蜜、乳酸菌对香茅草青贮品质的影响,以福建香茅草为原料,分别添加50 g/kg糖蜜,10^(9)cfu/kg乳酸菌和50 g/kg糖蜜+0.1 mL/kg乳酸菌混合,无添加为对照组。每个处理3个重复,室温贮存60 d后开封,分析青贮料的品质。结果表明,糖蜜和糖蜜+乳酸菌混合处理显著提高青贮料的干物质含量、粗蛋白含量、可溶性碳水化合物含量和乳酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低青贮料的粗脂肪含量、中性洗涤纤维含量、酸性洗涤纤维含量、半纤维素含量和pH(P<0.05);乳酸菌处理显著提高青贮料的乳酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低青贮料的中性洗涤纤维含量、半纤维素含量、氨态氮含量和pH(P<0.05)。发酵前后和添加剂处理对香茅草的精油含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,乳酸菌和糖蜜处理均可一定程度上改善青贮品质,其中糖蜜处理在香茅草青贮料营养物质的保存中,效果显著。 To explore the effect of adding molasses and lactic acid bacteria(LAB)on the quality of lemongrass silage,fresh Fujian lemongrass was used as silage raw material,and 4 treatments were designed as following:50 g/kg molasses,10^(9) cfu/kg LAB,molasses+LAB and the control,3 repetitions in each treatment.After 60 d of silage at room temperature,the fermentation quality and nutrient quality were measured.The results showed that adding molasses and molasses+LAB could significantly increase the contents of dry matter,crude protein,water soluble-carbohydrates and lactic acid(P<0.05),significantly reduce the contents of ether extract,NDF,ADF,HC and pH value(P<0.05).Adding LAB could significantly increase the lactic acid content(P<0.05),significantly reduce the contents of the NDF,hemi-cellulose and ammonia nitrogen(P<0.05).The essential oils had no significant difference before and after fermentation among 4 treatments(P>0.05).In conclusion,adding molasses and LAB can improve the silage quality.Among them,the molasses treatment had a significant effect in the preservation of the nutritional substances of the lemongrass silage.
