摘要
本文利用机械粉磨方式制备了4种不同细度的超细粉煤灰,通过对其微观形貌、颗粒级配、水泥胶砂流动度和水泥胶砂强度研究不同细度粉煤灰对水泥胶砂性能的影响,同时与45μm筛余量为0时的分选灰进行对比。结果表明,与45μm筛余量为0时的分选灰比较,粉磨细度为0.5%时水泥胶砂流动度接近,且水泥胶砂强度最高。
In this paper,four kinds of ultra-fine fly ash with different fineness are prepared by mechanical grinding.The effect of the mortar properties is compared with the sorting ash when the 45μm sieve allowance is zero.The results show that the fluidity of the cement mortar is close to that of the cement mortar when the grinding fineness is 0.5%,and the strength of the cement mortar is the highest,compared with the separation ash when the 45μm sieve allowance is zero.
