ICU护士抗逆力水平现状及影响因素分析 被引量:3

Analysis of stress resistance level and influencing factors of ICU nurses

摘要 目的 了解乌鲁木齐市三级甲等综合医院重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护士抗逆力水平现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2021年1—3月,采用一般资料调查表、医护人员抗逆力量表和简易应对方式问卷对乌鲁木齐市3家三级甲等综合医院的408名ICU护士进行横断面问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 ICU护士抗逆力得分为(73.59±14.25)分,均分为(4.09±0.93)分,得分由高到低依次为决策应对[(25.01±4.96)分]、人际联结维度[(16.59±3.37)分]、柔性自适[(16.00±3.43)分]和理性思维[(15.99±3.41)分]。家庭关系、子女的个数及月收入均是ICU护士抗逆力的影响因素(均P<0.05)。ICU护士抗逆力得分与积极应对呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 乌鲁木齐市3家三级甲等综合医院ICU护士抗逆力处于中等水平,且ICU护士抗逆力水平越高,其应对方式越积极。医院管理者应加强相关知识培训和心理疏导,进一步改善ICU护士身心健康以增加工作投入度。 Objective To understand the status quo of stress resistance in nurses of intensive care unit(ICU) in grade-A tertiary general hospitals of Urumqi,analyze the influencing factors. Methods From January to March 2021,a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was performed among 408 ICU nurses from three grade-A tertiary general hospitals of Urumqi by using general data questionnaire,medical staff resilience questionnaire and simple coping style questionnaire.And the data were analyzed. Results The score of stress resistance of ICU nurses was(73.59±14.25)points,with and average of(4.09±0.93)points. The scores from high to low were(25.01±4.96)points for decision response,(16.59±3.37)points for interpersonal connection dimension,(16.00±3.43)points for flexible self-adaptation,(15.99 ±3.41)points for rational thinking. Family relationship,the number of children and monthly income were the influencing factors of ICU nurses’ stress resistance(all P<0.05). The score of ICU nurses’ stress resilience was positively correlated with active coping(P<0.01). Conclusion The stress resilience of ICU nurses in three grade-A tertiary general hospitals of Urumqi is at a medium level,and the higher the resilience of ICU nurses,the more active their coping methods are.Hospital administrators should strengthen relevant knowledge training and psychological counseling to further improve the physical and mental health of ICU nurses,so as to increase their work commitment.
