Astrocyte-derived ATP:A New Etiological Factor for Autism Spectrum Disorder

摘要 In the central nervous system,purinergic signaling plays an important role in maintaining the functions of neurons,astrocytes,and microglia,thereby regulating brain homeostasis,with consequences for higher-order cognitive processes[1].ATP released from astrocytes in conjunction with several additional signaling molecules modulates neuronal circuits.
