摘要
目的探究温针灸联合镇肝熄风汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病肝肾不足证的效果。方法选取山东省青岛疗养院2019年1月至2021年1月收治的92例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,随机数字表分为两组,各46例。对照组给予常规颌枕牵引治疗,观察组在此基础上给予温针灸联合镇肝熄风汤治疗。比较两组治疗后的总有效率、单项症状评分和椎动脉参数。结果观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后观察组眩晕(0.86±0.19)分、偏头痛(0.93±0.22)分、肩颈痛(1.02±0.38)分、恶心呕吐(0.49±0.12)分均显著低于对照组的眩晕(1.18±0.14)分、偏头痛(1.35±0.41)分、肩颈痛(1.39±0.46)分、恶心呕吐(0.78±0.36)分,P<0.05。治疗后观察组椎基底动脉内径(3.07±0.31)cm、椎动脉阻力指数(0.57±0.06)、收缩期血流速度(49.29±4.38)cm/s、舒张期血流速度(27.19±4.85)cm/s均显著优于对照组的椎基底动脉内径(2.81±0.27)cm、椎动脉阻力指数(0.64±0.07)、收缩期血流速度(46.26±4.75)cm/s、舒张期血流速度(24.33±4.22)cm/s,P<0.05。结论采用温针灸联合镇肝熄风汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病肝肾不足证效果较好,能够有效改善患者颈部血气循环。
Objective To explore the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Zhengan Xifeng decoction in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 92 patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis admitted to Qingdao Sanatorium in Shandong Province from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine maxillocival traction,and the observation group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Zhengan Xifeng decoction on the basis of the control group.The total response rate,individual symptom score and vertebral artery parameters were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vertigo(0.86±0.19),migraine(0.93±0.22),shoulder and neck pain(1.02±0.38)and nausea and vomiting(0.49±0.12)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group with the scores of vertigo(1.18±0.14),migraine(1.35±0.41),shoulder and neck pain(1.39±0.46)and nausea and vomiting(0.78±0.36),P<0.05.After treatment,the internal diameter of vertebrobasilar artery(3.07±0.31)cm,vertebral artery resistance index(0.57±0.06),systolic blood flow velocity(49.2±4.38)cm/s and diastolic blood flow velocity(27.19±4.85)cm/s in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group with the internal diameter of vertebrobasilar artery(2.81±0.27)cm,vertebral artery resistance index(0.64±0.07),systolic blood flow velocity(46.26±4.75)cm/s and diastolic blood flow velocity(24.33±4.22)cm/s,P<0.05.Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Zhengan Xifeng decoction is effective in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,which can effectively improve th
