摘要
江西省第十五次党代会提出全面建设“六个江西”,为未来五年高质量发展擘画了蓝图。水利是经济社会发展不可替代的基础支撑,新时代新阶段水利地位和作用更加重要。本文对照“六个江西”的内容,认真分析了水利在“六个江西”中的地位和作用,提出了“六个江西”的水利实施路径。
The 15th CPC Congress of Jiangxi Province proposed the comprehensive construction of“Six Jiangxi”,and drew a blueprint for the high-quality development in the next five years.Water conservancy is an irreplaceable basic support for economic and social development,and its position and role are becoming more important in the new era and new stage.This paper analyzes the position and function of water conservancy in the“Six Jiangxi”and puts forward the implementation path of the“Six Jiangxi”.
