摘要
电力负荷特性作为电力系统规划和调度的安全前提,对相应的供电政策制定提供可靠基础,以南疆和田地区电网为例,研究该地区电力负荷特征和气象因子的关系。通过采集近些年南疆和田地区的电力与气象资料,选择适当的因素关联方法,以此建立其周期变化预估模型,对影响电力负荷变化的指标进行设定,完成不同气象因子对其的影响评估。实验结果表明,根据南疆和田地区的气象变化情况,在对应的电力负荷数据中进行聚类对比,发现温度因素与电力负荷存在正相关变化,随着温度的升高其电力负荷随之增加,降水因素对温度产生影响,其中全天无降水模式下日温度最高,对应的电力负荷也最大。
As the safety prerequisite for power system planning and dispatch,power load characteristics provide a reliable basis for the formulation of corresponding power supply policies.Taking the power grid in the Hotan area of southern Xinjiang as an example,the relationship between power load characteristics and meteorological factors in this area is studied.By collecting electricity and meteorological data in the Hotan area of southern Xinjiang in recent years;choosing appropriate factor correlation methods to establish its cycle change prediction model,setting indicators that affect power load changes,and completing different meteorological factors.Impact assessment.The experimental results show that according to the meteorological changes in the Hotan area of southern Xinjiang,clustering comparisons are made in the corresponding power load data,and it is found that the temperature factor and the power load are positively correlated.As the temperature rises,the power load increases.Precipitation factors have an impact on temperature.Among them,the daily temperature is the highest in the all-day no precipitation mode,and the corresponding electrical load is also the largest.
