摘要 为了进一步提升一体化连续管作业机的作业效率、降低作业成本,促进连续管装备配套技术发展,推进连续管装备和配套装置的集成化设计与应用,研制了新型一体化连续管作业机辅车,实现了配套泵注装置与连续管装备的集成。该辅车由II类底盘车、泵注装置、液压与控制系统、随车吊、防喷系统、发电机、长短支腿和附件等组成,配合一体化连续管作业机主车进行通井、洗井,一体化快速修井以及清蜡、解堵、冲砂、水力机械切割等作业。现场应用结果表明:该辅车与一体化连续管作业机主车配套使用,创下了单机组年作业300口井以上的国内小修作业记录,进一步提高了作业效率,不仅减少了现场泵注设备的配备,而且节约了整体作业成本,节省了井场空间,达到了降本提速增效的目的。 In order to further improve the operating efficiency of the integrated coiled tubing unit,reduce its overall operating cost,and at the same time promote the development of coiled tubing equipment supporting technology,and promote the integrated design and application of coiled tubing equipment and supporting devices,a new type of integrated coiled tube operation was developed.Machine-assisted vehicle realizes the integration of supporting pump injection device and coiled tubing equipment.The auxiliary vehicle consists of a chassis,a Class II chassis vehicle,a pump injection system,a hydraulic and control system,a truck-mounted crane,a blowout prevention system,generator,long and short outriggers,and accessories,etc.Cooperating with the main vehicle of the integrated coiled tubing unit,the auxiliary vehicle performs operations such as well opening and well washing integrated rapid workover,wax removal,plugging removal,sand flushing,hydraulic mechanical cutting,etc.Field application results show that the auxiliary vehicle is used in conjunction with the main vehicle of the integrated coiled tube operating machine,setting a record of domestic minor repair operations with a single unit operating more than 300 wells per year,and further improving operating efficiency.It not only reduces the equipment of on-site pumping equipment,but also saves the overall operating cost,saves the space of the well site,and achieves the purpose of reducing costs,increasing speed,and increasing efficiency.
