基于EDLVO理论的阳离子促进煤泥水沉降研究

摘要 研究了钾离子和钙离子对沉降效果的影响,分析了阳离子作用前后煤泥颗粒的Zeta电位和接触角。采用EDLVO理论计算了颗粒间相互作用能。结果表明,钾离子和钙离子均可以促进煤泥水沉降,钾离子和钙离子最佳浓度分别为1.5 mmol/L和0.8 mmol/L。钾离子和钙离子作用后颗粒的Zeta电位绝对值减小,接触角增大,颗粒间相互排斥作用能减小,有利于颗粒的凝聚沉降。理论计算结果解释了阳离子促进煤泥水沉降的作用机理。 The effects of potassium ions and calcium ions on the sedimentation effect were studied, and the Zeta potential and contact angle of the slime particles before and after the cations were analyzed.The EDLVO theory is used to calculate the interaction energy between particles. The results show that both potassium ions and calcium ions can promote the sedimentation of slime water, and the optimal concentrations of potassium ions and calcium ions are 1.5 mmol/L and 0.8 mmol/L, respectively. After the action of potassium ions and calcium ions, the absolute value of the zeta potential of the particles decreases, the contact angle increases, and the mutual repulsion between the particles decreases, which is conducive to the aggregation and sedimentation of the particles. The theoretical calculation results explain the mechanism of the cation promoting the sedimentation of slime water.
