珊瑚砂混凝土的力学性能与微观孔隙结构分析 被引量:2

摘要 不同搅拌环境和硅灰掺量下,研究了珊瑚混凝土的力学性能和微观孔隙结构。结果表明:真空负压搅拌珊瑚混凝土强度比常规环境搅拌的高8.3%~21.1%,孔隙率低30%~50%;在相同环境下,珊瑚混凝土强度随硅灰掺量的增加先增大后减小,最优掺量为2%;对珊瑚混凝土进行电镜扫描发现,真空负压环境下水泥浆的孔隙率更低,且珊瑚骨料内部孔隙填充明显;二维断层扫描图像和三维孔隙模型的建立能有效表征珊瑚混凝土微观孔隙结构分布,且误差在5%以内。 Considering different mixing environment and silica fume content,the mechanical properties and micro pore structure of coral concrete are studied.The test results show that the strength of coral concrete mixed by vacuum negative pressure is 8.3%~21.1%higher than that in the normal environment,and the porosity is 30%~50%lower.Under the same environment,the strength of coral concrete first increases and then decreases with the increase of silica fume,but the optimal amount is 2%.The SEM results of coral concrete show that the porosity of water slurry is lower in vacuum negative pressure,and the pore filling of coral aggregate is obvious.The construction of the two-dimensional CT scan images and 3D pore model can effectively present the micro pore structure distribution of the coral concrete,with the error less than 5%.
