摘要
在当前我国“双碳”政策下,矿井余热回收再利用是矿山向绿色低碳转型途径之一。基于此背景,本文针对某高寒矿山通风现状,设计了通风余热回收方案,用以解决寒冷季节矿山井口防冻问题,通过采集系统六个月的运行数据,对余热回收效果进行分析。结果表明,余热回收各个机组总体的运行状态比较平稳,余热回收效果显著,相比于电加热方案,极大的减少了能源的消耗,降低了运行成本,存在巨大的推广潜力。
Under the current“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”policy in China,mine waste heat re-covery and reuse is one of the pathways for mines to transform to green and low carbon mines.Based on this background,in view of the current situation of ventilation in an alpine mine,this paper designs a ventilation waste heat recovery scheme to solve its shaft collar antifreeze issue in cold seasons,and analy-zes the waste heat recovery effect by acquiring 6-month operating data of the system.The results show that the overall operation status of each waste heat recovery unit is relatively stable,and the effect of waste heat recovery is remarkable.Compared with the electric heating scheme,it greatly reduces the en-ergy consumption and the operating costs,and has a huge potential for application promotion.
