科技创新异质性对河南农业高质量发展的影响研究

摘要 为探究科技创新异质性对河南农业高质量发展的影响,运用SBM-ML模型测算河南农业绿色全要素生产率及分解指数,并分析其时空演变特征,进而从结构和区域异质性角度探究科技创新对农业高质量发展的驱动影响。结果表明:2010—2019年河南省农业高质量发展呈现“W”形波动上升趋势,空间上呈现“中部塌陷”的区域特征;从结构异质性来看,科技创新投入对农业高质量发展的驱动力更为显著;从区域异质性来看,豫中在科技创新投入和产出上的表现显著优于豫南,而豫北地区创新成果转化的驱动力更显著。因此,河南省未来应突出豫中农业科技创新优势,采取差异化战略提高全域农业科技创新水平,以全域农业科技协同创新促进农业高质量发展。 In order to explore the impact of heterogeneity of scientific and technological innovation on the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province,this paper uses SBM-ML model to calculate the green total factor productivity and decomposition index of agriculture in Henan Province and analyzes its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics,and then explores the driving effect of scientific and technological innovation on the high-quality development of agriculture from the perspective of structure and regional heterogeneity.The results show that:from 2010 to 2019,the high-quality development of agriculture in Henan Province presents a“W”shape fluctuating upward trend,and the spatial characteristics of“central collapse”;From the perspective of structural heterogeneity,the driving force of science and technology innovation investment on high-quality agricultural development is more significant;From the perspective of regional heterogeneity,the performance of scientific and technological innovation input and output in central Henan is significantly better than that in southern Henan,and the driving force of innovation achievement transformation in Northern Henan is more significant.Therefore,in the future,Henan Province should highlight the advantages of agricultural science and technology innovation in central Henan,adopt differentiation strategy to improve the level of agricultural science and technology innovation in the whole region,and promote the high-quality development of agriculture with the collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology in the whole region.
