摘要
在累年冬季平均气温低于0℃的露天布置燃煤锅炉中,通过传统人为巡检的方式,难以检测汽水侧热工测点的伴热系统的连续投入情况。文章提供了一种保温伴热投入情况的新型智能监测方法,通过对锅炉上汽水仪表测点的伴热投运状态采用电源状态集中远程监视和温度、湿度集中远程监视,提前进行数据分析发出多种方式报警,提高了设备可靠性。该监视系统在实际应用中可提前排除现场设备隐患,维护了火电机组安全稳定运行。
Deploying coal-fired boilers in the open air where the average temperature in winter is below 0°C over the years makes it difficult to detect the continuous input of the heat tracing system through the traditional manual inspection method for the heat preservation and the heat tracing input of the thermal measurement points on the steam and water side.This paper provides a new intelligent monitoring method for the input of thermal insulation and heat tracing for the purpose of improving equipment reliability,which uses centralized remote monitoring of power supply status,centralized remote monitoring of temperature and humidity for the heating to commission status of the boiler′s steam and water meter measurement points,and sends multiple alarms through data analysis in advance.This method can eliminate hidden dangers of on-site equipment ahead of time.Besides,it is suitable for practical application and maintenance on site and ensures the safe and stable operation of thermal power units.
