大跨径波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁桥力学性能分析 被引量:7

摘要 在波形钢腹板-PC组合箱梁基础上,利用高强UHPC材料替换混凝土翼缘板以构建新型的波形钢腹板-UHPC组合箱梁桥。基于珠海前山河大桥设计原型,设计波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁桥,对其力学性能和经济性进行分析,并与实桥原型设计和PC箱梁方案对比分析。研究表明:①波形钢腹板-UHPC组合箱梁桥可大幅降低结构自重,最大悬臂状态下内力大幅降低,作用组合下应力验算满足规范要求,跨中最大挠度小于规范容许值;②波形钢腹板的局部屈曲稳定、整体屈曲稳定和组合屈曲稳定均满足规范要求,连接件受剪承载力亦满足要求;③构造优化后技术方案综合单价比原型设计和PC箱梁桥分别降低16.9%和57.8%;波形钢腹板-UHPC组合连续箱梁桥整体受力性能、局部受力性能和技术经济性优良,有望成为大跨连续梁桥有竞争力的桥型。 On the basis of the corrugated steel web-PC composite box girder,the high-strength UHPC material is employed to replace its normal concrete flange plate to construct an innovative corrugated steel web-UHPC composite box girder bridge.Based on the design prototype of Qianshan River Bridge in Zhuhai,a corrugated steel web-UHPC composite continuous box girder bridge is designed,and its mechanical performance and economic efficiency are analyzed,comparing with the results of prototype design and PC box girder scheme.The results shows that①The corrugated steel web-UHPC composite box girder bridge can greatly reduce the structural deadweight,and the internal forces are greatly reduced under the longest cantilever state;the stresses related under the combinations of various actions meet the requirements of bridge design code,and the maximum deflection at mid-span is less than the allowable value by design specification;②The local buckling stability,overall buckling stability and combined buckling stability of the corrugated steel webs all meet the requirements of related design specification,and the shear capacity of connectors also meets the requirements related;③The integrated unit price of the proposed composite continuous box-girder bridge after structural optimization is reduced by 16.9%and 57.8%respectively,compared with the prototype design and the PC box girder bridge.The corrugated steel web-UHPC composite continuous box girder bridge has excellent overall mechanical performance,local structural behaviors and technical economy,while it is expected to become a competitive bridge type for long-span continuous girder bridges.
