摘要
微型固体波动陀螺具有超高精度的潜质,可作为不依赖卫星的导航系统的传感器。首先简述了固体波动陀螺的技术方案;然后较为详细介绍了微型半球谐振陀螺的发展现状和制备工艺;着重讨论了微型半球谐振陀螺的主要误差源;最后分析了存在的问题,提出了解决途径。
Micro solid state gyro has potential of ultra high precision,and can be used as sensor of navigation systems independent of satellites.The principle of micro solid state gyrois introduced briefly.The development status and the preparation technology are introduced in more detail.The main sources of error in mHRG are discussed.The existing problems are analysed and the solutions are proposed.
