摘要
作为沿江、沿海交汇的工业化城市,张家港市各类工业、企业众多,各种职业病危害因素问题日益凸显。张家港市现有存在职业病危害因素的企业5876家,2007—2019年共报告职业病123例,尘肺病、职业性化学中毒、职业性耳鼻喉口腔疾病病例数位居职业病发病的前三位,小型企业和私企是职业病高发区。随着产业结构调整,新工艺、新材料、新技术的广泛应用,结合张家港市职业病防治工作现状,针对存在的问题,建议应建立科学、完善的监管体系,加快职业病防治信息化建设,不断提高职业病防治水平,从而促进经济健康发展。
As an industrial city with a river and coastal intersection,there are many industries and enterprises of all kinds in Zhangjiagang City,and the problems of various occupational disease hazards are becoming more and more prominent.There are 5876 enterprises with occupational disease-inductive factors in Zhangjiagang City,and a total of 123 cases of occupational diseases reported from 2007 to 2019.Pneumoconiosis,chemical poisoning and occupational ear,nose,throat and oral diseases cases were the top three.Most cases are reported in small businesses and the private enterprises.With the adjustment of industrial structure and the wide application of new process,new material and new technology,it is suggested that a scientific and perfect supervision system should be established,and the information construction of the occupational disease prevention and control should be accelerated,in order to continuously improve the level of occupational disease prevention and control,and to promote the healthy development of economy.
