摘要
文章在解读SECI模型的基础上,抓住知识创新的基础、阶段和环境等要素,从重择线上教学内容、重构线上教学过程、重设线上教学环境等方面构建线上"金课"。具体措施包括:外化教师隐性知识、编制线上教学资料,创设线上教学场域、营造知识创新氛围,设计"四化"教学环节、实现知识交流创新。
Based on the interpretation of SECI model,this paper grasps the elements such as the basis,stage and environment of knowledge innovation,and constructs the online gold course from the aspects of reselecting online teaching content,reconstructing online teaching process and resetting online teaching environment.Meanwhile,it comes up with some specific measures,including externalizing teachers’tacit knowledge to compile online teaching materials,creating online teaching field to create an atmosphere of knowledge innovation and designing the“Four Modernizations”teaching links to achieve knowledge exchange and innovation.
