摘要
目的 探讨高等职业院校大学生生命意义与感恩的关系。方法 对深圳市某高等职业院校615名大学生使用生命意义量表(MLQ)和感恩量表(GQ-6)在2019年10月初次测试(T1),3个月以后进行后测(T2),并进行交叉滞后回归分析。结果 (1) T1和T2时间点的生命意义与感恩之间均呈正相关(r=0.355,P<0.01;r=0.431,P<0.01);(2)交叉滞后相关分析表明,生命意义T1预测感恩T2(r=0.092,P<0.01),而感恩T1不能预测生命意义T2(r=0.079,P>0.05)。结论 高生命意义感的职业院校大学生更容易感恩。
Objective This study examines the relationship between the meaning in life and gratitude using cross lagged correlation among Chinese vocational college students. Methods A total of 615 vocational college students were administrated with the meaning in life questionnaire(MLQ) and the Gratitude Questionnaire-6(GQ-6). Measures were performed at the beginning of October 2019(T1) and 3 month later(T2). Results(1) There was a positive correlation between the meaning in life and gratitude at T1 and T2 time point(r=0.355,P<0.01;r=0.431,P<0.01).(2) The meaning in life T1 could predict gratitude T2(r=0.092,P<0.01),but gratitude T1 could not predict that meaning in life T2(r=0.079,P>0.05). Conclusion Vocational college students who experience the meaning of life are more likely to be grateful.
