摘要
针对汽车设计行业在CATIA悬架运动模型中测量零部件运动间隙的问题,为了改变目前业内利用CATIA自带的传感器和测量功能的手工测量方法,论文提供了一种利用程序设计语言对CATIA进行二次开发的方法。利用程序设计语言调用CATIA自动化对象,自动对悬架零部件的运动间隙进行测量,并绘制成曲线图。该方法输出的结果完全能满足业内对间隙测量和图形绘制的要求,将手动工作转变为自动化工作,使输出更加规范化,降低了工作量,提高了工作效率。
Aiming at the problem of measuring the movement clearance of parts in CATIA suspension motion model in the automotive design industry, in order to change the manual measurement method using the sensor and measurement function of CATIA in the industry at present,this paper provides a method for the secondary development of CATIA using Visual Basic. Using VB program to call CATIA automation object, the movement clearance of suspension parts is measured automatically, and drawn into a curve diagram. The output results of this method can fully meet the requirements of gap measurement and graph drawing in the industry, and the manual work can be transformed into automatic work. It makes the output more standardized, reduces the workload and improves the work efficiency.
