摘要 以页岩气井喷失控为顶上事件,通过井控装置设计与安装、井喷诱发因素等14个基本事件来构建事故树,得出发生井喷最小割集与最小径集,分析了基本事件对控制井喷的重要度,提出了防止井喷失控的重点解决方案。利用Bow-tie模型,论述了防喷器安装、试压、钻遇浅层气以及目的层压裂干扰的安全风险和有关控制措施,以此为基础对现行相关标准进行了分析,并提出进一步完善标准的建议。 Taking the uncontrolled blowout ofshale gas wells as the top event,an accident tree was constructed on the basis of 14 basic events such as well control device design and installation,blowout inducing factors,etc.,and the minimum cut set and minimum diameter set of blowout occurrence were discussed.The importance of blowout control was analyzed,and the key solutions for preventing the blowout out of control were put forward.Using the bow-tie model,the risks for the installation and pressure test of BOP,shallow gas drilling and fracturing target zone were discussed.On this basis,this paper analyzed the current relevant standards,and puts forward some suggestions to further improve the standards.
