摘要
非物质文化遗产的创造性转化与创新性发展是新时代的文化遗产保护理念,有待更多基于实践的系统总结和基于不同视角的理论创新。河南省非物质文化遗产资源丰富,但文化生态依然脆弱。非物质文化遗产产业化发展可概括为初级层次的意识觉醒自救、中级层次的发展能力自强、高级层次的利用方式自主3个阶段。从非物质文化遗产价值转化难度、文化生态保护深度、产业价值融合程度3个角度系统构建非物质文化遗产的创造性转化与创新性发展模式体系。该过程须明确政府、传承人、研究机构、学校、企业、市场六大核心主体在产业链构建中的关系以及协同流程,并重视参与主体联动运行、产业要素保障供给、发展效果监督评价三方面的机制建设。
The creative transformation and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage is the concept of cultural protection in the new era,which needs more systematic summary based on practice and theoretical innovation based on different perspectives.Henan Province is rich in intangible cultural heritage resources,but fragile in cultural ecology.The current industrialization development can be summarized into three stages:consciousness awakening and self-rescue at the primary level,self-improvement of development ability at the intermediate level and independent utilization mode at the advanced level.The creative transformation and innovative development model system of intangible cultural heritage can be systematically constructed according to the difficulty of intangible cultural heritage value transformation,the depth of cultural ecological protection and the degree of industrial value integration.This process must clarify the relationship and collaborative process of the six core subjects of the government,inheritors,research institutions,schools,enterprises and the market in the construction of the industrial chain,and pay attention to the mechanism construction of the linkage operation of the participants,the guarantee supply of industrial elements and the supervision and evaluation of development effect.
