摘要
进入新时代,中国为完善全球经济治理体系、解决全球经济治理难题作出了诸多贡献。中国之所以能够将强大的经济实力成功转化为在全球经济治理中的突出成就,关键在于顺应全球经济治理体系变革的现实需求,以强大的决胜力、感召力,强化内外政策的联动、汇集各方伙伴、凝聚各方力量。但中国要在全球经济治理舞台扮演更加积极的角色,还面临着现行治理体系主导国的牵制、日益严峻的逆全球化趋势以及新兴领域治理难以达成共识等现实挑战。未来,中国需要在准确把脉全球经济治理的特点与发展逻辑的基础上,保持战略定力,积极应对新环境与新变化,按照“十四五”规划的目标和要求,更好地推动全球经济治理体系朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。
Entering the new era,China has made significant contributions to improving the global economic governance system by providing its solutions to various problems.For China,the key to transforming its strong economic power into these contributions is that it has responded to the actual needs to reform the global economic governance system,strengthened the interaction of its domestic and foreign policies with a decisive and inspiring force,and pooled partners and strength from all sides.But for China to play a more active role in global economic governance,it still faces real challenges such as the containment by the dominant countries in the current system,the growing trend of anti-globalization,and the difficulty in reaching consensus in emerging areas.In the future,based on the goals and requirements of its 14th Five-Year Plan,and an accurate understanding of the characteristics and development logic of global economic governance,China needs to maintain its strategic focus while actively responding to the new environment and new changes,to make the global economic governance system fairer and more reasonable.
