基于显式动力学的控制臂球销脱出力仿真分析 被引量:4

摘要 为防止汽车使用过程中控制臂球销脱出,基于显式动力学有限元法,对某车型控制臂的球销脱出力进行仿真计算,利用Abaqus/Explicit求解器得到球销的脱出力和控制臂的等效塑性应变。与控制臂球销拉脱试验结果进行对比,验证该仿真分析方法的有效性。结合球销的实际结构,分析控制臂球碗端口壁厚、球碗端口下方圆角半径和球碗端口半径等3个参数对球销脱出力的影响,结果表明:增大球碗端口的壁厚、增大球碗端口下方圆角半径和减小球碗端口半径,均可以增大球销的脱出力。 To prevent the ball pin pulling out from the control arm during the vehicle driving,the ball pin pull-out force of a vehicle control arm is simulated and calculated based on explicit dynamics finite element method,and the pull-out force of the ball pin and the equivalent plastic strain of the control arm are obtained using Abaqus/Explicit solver.The effectiveness of the simulation analysis method is verified by comparing with the pull-out test results of the ball pin of the control arm.Combined with the ball pin actual structure,the effects of three parameters on the ball pin pull-out force are analyzed,that include the wall thickness of the ball bowl edge of the control arm,the fillet radius below the ball bowl edge and the radius of the ball bowl edge.The results show that the pull-out force of the ball pin can be increased by increasing thickness of the ball bowl edge,increasing the fillet radius below the ball bowl edge and reducing the radius of ball bowl edge.
