摘要
时代的发展对审计人才队伍的建设提出了更高的要求,文章以审计人才队伍现状为切入点,从审计人才数量不足、部分审计人员职业道德缺失、复合型人才紧缺、人才培养缺乏系统性等四个方面深入分析了当前审计人才培养存在的主要问题。结合新形势下我国审计工作的现实,从人才准入机制、人才培养模式、人才培养途径、人才培养环境、人才成长规划等五个方面构建了我国审计人才的培养机制,对创新新形势下审计人才培养机制提出了对策建议。
The development of the times puts forward higher requirements for the construction of audit talent team.Based on the important role of audit talents in ensuring the deepening reform and economic development,taking the current situation of audit talents as the starting point,this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the current audit talent training from four aspects:the insufficient number of audit talents,the lack of professional ethics of some auditors,the shortage of compound talents and the lack of systematicness of talent training.Combined with the reality of China's audit work under the new situation,this paper constructs the training mechanism of China's audit talents from five aspects:talent access mechanism,talent training mode,talent training approach,talent training environment and talent growth planning,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for forming the advantages of audit talents as soon as possible under the new situation.
