摘要
研究了用银电解阳极布袋洗水制备氧化银,并用此氧化银净化银电解废液回收银,考察了氧化银制备条件及银电解液净化条件对银回收率的影响。结果表明:制备氧化银时,n(NaOH)∶n(AgNO_(3))=1.2∶1为最佳;净化电解废液时,温度90℃、反应时间1.0 h为最佳。生产实践表明,采用此法可大大减少银的损失,银直收率提高至99%以上。
Silver oxide is prepared using anode cloth bag washing water and used to purify waste electrolyte for recovery silver.The results show that suitable condition is n(NaOH)∶n(AgNO_(3))=1.2∶1 for preparing silver oxide,and temperature of 90℃and reaction time of 1.0 h for cleansing the waster electrolyte.The production practice shows that the method can reduce greatly silver loss amount and increase the silver direct yield to 99%.
