摘要
在飞行试验领域中,基于iNET架构的网络化测试系统正逐步取代传统的PCM测试系统,成为试飞测试系统的主要架构。网络化测试系统激增的数据量对多科目数据处理提出了更高的要求。为了满足某型号飞机网络化架构的机载测试系统的数据处理需求,提了基于iNET架构的网络数据分析软件设计方案,采用基于内存映射的海量试飞数据读取技术;针对iNET架构网络数据包的特点,设计了数据包快速解析技术对参数时序进行统一;提出“整体—分流”方法,极大地提高了数据处理效率;制定Excel校线文件模版,提高校线录入效率。方案采用C++语言实现,利用模块化和多线程设计思路,对网络机载测试系统记录的数据进行分析处理。实际试飞处理结果表明,iNET网络数据处理方案具备良好的实时性、准确性、可靠性,满足某型号飞行试验多科目快速处理需求。
In the field of flight test,the networked test system based on the iNET architecture is gradually replacing the traditional PCM test system and becoming the main architecture of the flight test system.The surging data volume of the networked test system puts forward higher requirements for multi-subject data processing.In order to meet the data processing requirements of the airborne test system of a certain type of aircraft network architecture,a network data analysis software design scheme based on the iNET architecture is proposed,and the massive test flight data reading technology based on memory mapping is adopted.According to the feature of the iNET architecture network data packet,a data packet rapid analysis technology is designed to unify the parameter sequence,the method of"whole-split"is put forward to greatly improve the efficiency of data processing,and an Excel calibration file template is developed to improve the efficiency of calibration input.The program is implemented by C++language,using modular and multi-threaded design ideas to analyze and process the model flight test data recorded by the new network test system,which improves the efficiency of data processing.The actual test flight processing results show that the iNET network data processing scheme has excellent real-time performance,accuracy and reliability,and meets the requirements of multi-subject rapid processing for a certain type of flight test.
