渤海油田火成岩地层呼吸效应钻井措施的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 渤中34-9油田是渤海海域首个开发的火成岩油田,每口井钻遇火成岩厚度可达数百米。在火成岩地层钻进过程中发生不同程度的井下漏失,同时伴随着地层呼吸效应,造成井漏等复杂情况,降低钻井作业时效,甚至会引发井喷事故,给钻井作业带来了极大的困难和挑战。本文分析火成岩地层呼吸效应的机理,从定向井、钻井液、固井等探讨呼吸地层的钻井措施,为发生呼吸效应的火成岩地层优质快速钻井提供技术参考。 Bozhong34-9 oilfield is the first igneous oil field developed in the Bohai Sea,the thickness of the igneous rock encountered in each well can reach hundreds of meters.Different degrees of downhole loss occurred during drilling in igneous rock formations,at the same time with the formation respiration effect,causes complicated situations such as lost circulation,reduce drilling timeliness,even cause a blowout accident,Brings great difficulties and challenges to drilling operations.This paper analyzes the mechanism of respiration effect of igneous rock formations,discusses the drilling technology measures of breathing formations from directional wells,drilling fluids,cementing,etc.,and provides references for drilling operations of respiration effects of igneous rock formations.
