摘要
本文对新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)的暖通空调系统研究现状进行综述,为后续研究如何降低新冠病毒传播风险提出可供参考的建议。概括了新冠病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的传播特性,分析了暖通空调系统在病毒传播过程中的作用,对比关于病毒的暖通空调系统的研究得出以下结论:医疗场所下所建议的通风率最低值为2 ACH,非医疗场所下应保持室外空气调节阀全开或10 L/(s·p)的通风率;应该关闭室内空气再循环系统;将回风系统过滤器提高至MERV-13过滤等级或最高水平;在特殊场所进行压差控制,如病房与外部走廊之间维持在-2.3 Pa/h,或者使用紫外线杀菌(UVGI)设备也是一种备选方案。但是,对于是否改变室内温湿度设定值有待考量。
The research status of heating ventilating and air conditioning(HVAC) system in the context of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) is reviewed in this paper, and some suggestions for future research on how to reduce the risk of virus transmission are put forward. Firstly, the transmission characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 virus are reviewed, then the role of HVAC system in the process of virus transmissions is analyzed, and the research on HVAC system about SARS-CoV-2 virus are reviewed. The results show that, the minimum ventilation rate recommended in medical places is 2 ACH, and the outdoor air valve should be fully open or the ventilation rate should be 10 L/(s·p) in non-medical places;the indoor air recirculation system should be closed;air filters should be improved to MERV-13 level or the highest level achievable;the pressure difference should be controlled in special places, such as maintaining-2.3 Pa/h between the ward and external corridors. And using Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation(UVGI) equipment in special places is also an optional choice. However, whether to change the indoor temperature and humidity setpoint remains to be considered.
