摘要
本文采用传递函数法测吸声系数的方法,研究运用物理量“吸声系数”作为衡量多孔吸声材料吸声性能的指标,分析了五种多孔吸声材料的吸声特性,并将其应用在滚动转子式压缩机下壳盖内部。结果表明:Z公司普通密度的密胺材料,在1 250 Hz以下频段具有良好吸声性能,且在1 250 Hz以上频段也可保持优势;H公司的泡沫镍材料,在低频500 Hz以下频段,吸声性能良好,在500 Hz以上中高频频段,吸声系数始终在0.1左右,未有明显提升;在下壳盖内嵌入Z公司密胺材料的压缩机,比未使用此种材料的压缩机,压缩机整体噪声级降低2 dBA。
In this paper, the transfer function method is used to measure the sound absorption coefficient. The physical quantity “sound absorption coefficient” is used as the index to measure the sound absorption performance of porous sound absorption materials. The sound absorption characteristics of five kinds of porous sound absorption materials are analyzed and applied to the inside of the lower shell cover of rolling rotor compressor. The results show that Z company’s normal density melamine material has good sound absorption performance in the frequency band below 1 250 Hz, and can maintain advantages in the frequency band above 1 250 Hz;The nickel foam material of H Company has good sound absorption performance in the low frequency band below 500 Hz, while in the middle and high frequency band above 500 Hz, the sound absorption coefficient is always around 0.1 without obvious improvement. The compressor with melamine material embedded in the lower shell cover of Z company can reduce the overall noise level of the compressor by 2 dBA compared with the compressor without such material.
