摘要
添加磁心可有效提高电磁耦合机构的互感并减小漏磁对周围环境的影响,然而在实际应用中,磁心的安全性及成本需要被考虑。本文针对电动车辆移动式无线电能传输系统,建立了长原边、短副边的双D形耦合线圈模型,对于安装过程中副边线圈引线穿出磁心造成的磁心损耗增加,从而引起磁心局部发热严重的问题提出解决方法,并针对原边长线圈下方全部铺设磁心造成的磁心用量大、成本高的问题,提出局部磁心铺设方式及其设计原则,最终得到符合互感要求的耦合机构。仿真及实验结果表明:开槽的方法可有效减小引线造成的磁心发热问题;在线圈中间位置无间隔铺设磁心,可在减少成本的同时提高耦合机构互感、减少损耗。
Adding core can effectively improve the mutual inductance of electromagnetic coupling mechanism and reduce the impact of magnetic leakage on the surrounding environment.However,in practical applications,the safety and cost of core installation need to be considered.Aiming at the mobile wireless power transfer system of electric vehicles,this paper establishes a double D-shaped coupling coil model with long primary side and short secondary side,and puts forward a solution to the problem that the loss of the core is increased due to the secondary side coil lead going through the core during the installation process,which causes serious local heating of the core.In addition,it also puts forward a solution to the problem that the core consumption is large and the cost is high due to the laying of the primary side coil in practical application.The laying mode and design principle of the local core are proposed,and the coupling mechanism meeting the mutual inductance requirements is finally obtained.The simulation and experimental results show that the slotting method can effectively reduce the heating problem of the core caused by the lead wire;laying the core in the middle of the primary coil can reduce the cost,improve the mutual inductance of the coupling mechanism and reduce the loss.
