摘要
公安专用视频监控系统是基层社区警务打击违法犯罪、提高案件侦破效率、缓解基层警力不足、维护社会和谐稳定的重要手段。当前公安专用视频监控系统还存在基础设施建设不完善、理论成果转化难以实现预期效果、设备质量参差不齐等方面问题,因此要结合基层社区警务工作实际,提出切实可行的完善视频监控系统基础设施建设、加强相关从业人员管理的对策方法,为基层警务工作提供坚强理论支撑和科技保障。
As an innovative and important means for grassroots community policing to crack down on illegal crimes,improve the efficiency of case detection,alleviate the shortage of grassroots police force and maintain social harmony and stability,the special video surveillance system for public security is an innovative and important means.But the current public security special video monitoring system is imperfect infrastructure,theoretical achievements transformation is difficult to achieve the desired effect,equipment,quality is uneven,so want to combine grassroots community policing work reality,put forward the feasible perfect video monitoring system of infrastructure construction,strengthen the relevant personnel management countermeasures methods,and strong theoretical support and scientific and technological guarantee for grassroots police work.
