摘要
文章以夏热冬冷地区为例,以成本控制为目标导向,对既有居住建筑的节能改造策略进行研究分析。从经济角度结合建筑学设定改造成本计算体系,确定文章技术框架;以苏州地区一既有居住建筑为例,针对围护结构,综合分析其改造策略与改造成本的平衡关系以及研究过程,选取出具有“高性价比”的改造策略。
The paper takes the area with hot summer and cold winter as an example,and takes cost control as the goal orientation to study and analyze the energy-saving renovation strategies of existing residential buildings.From an economic point of view,combined with architecture,set the reconstruction cost calculation system to determine the technical framework of the paper;taking the existing residential buildings in Suzhou as an example,for the envelope structure,comprehensively analyze the balance relationship between the reconstruction strategy and the reconstruction cost as well as the research process,and select a"high cost-effective"transformation strategy.
