摘要
在我国大力推进职业教育发展的背景之下,面向高等职业院校学生对就业质量相关问题进行调查研究是一项具有重要理论价值和现实意义的工作。本文对甘肃建筑职业技术学院学生就业质量情况进行分析研究,系统调研毕业生就业结果、就业专业相关度等信息,并根据学生和用人单位对就业质量的综合评价,获得学校就业指导和就业服务等方面的反馈信息。综合分析调研结果,从多个不同的视角出发,通过增强校企合作、强化学生职业素养培育、提高就业指导和服务水平等方式,稳步提升就业质量。
Under the background of vigorously promoting the development of vocational education in China,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to investigate the employment quality of students in vocational colleges and universities.In this paper,the employment quality of students in Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Architecture was analyzed,and the information such as the employment results of graduates and professional relevance was systematically investigated.According to the comprehensive evaluation of the employment quality of students and employers,the feedback information of employment guidance and employment service was obtained.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the survey results,the employment quality should be steadily improved by strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the cultivation of students’professional quality,and improving employment guidance and service level from different perspectives.
