摘要
燃气轮机压气机水洗废液中污染物主要为难降解溶解性有机物,有机物(COD)质量浓度为2132 mg/L,常规生物法、混凝法及臭氧氧化法无法对其进行降解。为此,采用芬顿-混凝组合工艺处理某燃气轮机压气机水洗废液,试验优化工艺条件后可实现废液达标排放。结果表明:芬顿-混凝组合工艺最佳处理条件为初始pH值为3,H_(2)O_(2)/COD质量比为1.5940,H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(2+)摩尔比为22,反应时间为30 min,反应温度为80℃,混凝剂PAFC投加量为5 mg/L,助凝剂PAM投加量为0.5 mg/L;废液中溶解性有机污染物通过芬顿氧化去除,COD质量浓度降至320 mg/L,去除率达85.0%,混凝工艺能高效去除芬顿反应产生的悬浮物和色度,去除率达98.6%和99.0%。
The pollutants in cleaning wastewater of gas turbine compressor are mainly refractory dissolved organic matters,and the mass concentration of the organic matters(COD)is 2132 mg/L,which can not be degraded by conventional biological method,coagulation method or ozonation method.For this reason,the Fenton-coagulation combined process is used to treat the cleaning wastewater of a gas turbine compressor,and the wastewater can meet the discharge standard after optimizing the process conditions.The results show that,the optimum treatment condtions of the Fenton-coagulation process are as follows:the initial pH value is 3,the mass ratio of H_(2)O_(2) to COD is 1.5940,the molar ratio of H_(2)O_(2) to Fe^(2+) is 22,the reaction time is 30 min,the reaction temperature is 80℃,the dosage of coagulation PAFC is 5 mg/L,and the dosage of coagulation aid PAM is 0.5 mg/L.The dissolved organic pollutants in the cleaning wastewater were removed by Fenton oxidation,and the mass concentration of COD was reduced to 320 mg/L,with a removal rate of 85.0%.The coagulation process can efficiently remove the suspended solids and chromaticity produced by Fenton reaction,with removal rates of 98.6% and 99.0%.
