摘要
中国式现代化新道路的重要理论基础源自马克思有关现代化思想基本观点:明确工业革命和资本主义对现代化进程具有重要作用但也带来问题,不存在放之四海皆准的现代化统一模式,对资本主义现代化要批判性地吸收和借鉴。中国式现代化新道路有其思想演进历程:内涵演进方面,对现代化的认识从单一到全面不断深化;模式建构方面,明确“走自己的路”的同时,也要合理借鉴西方现代化文明成果;路径实施方面,明确推进中国式现代化必须坚持的方向。中国式现代化新道路的实践历程分为四个阶段:新民主主义革命时期的积极探索、社会主义革命和建设时期的固本立基、改革开放到党的十八大前的全面展开、中国特色社会主义新时代的提级加速。中国式现代化新道路对世界现代化发展有三项重要贡献:创立中国特色社会主义理论体系,为世界现代化增添全新理论形态;开辟中国式现代化新道路,为人类现代化路径探索提供成功发展范式;创造性转化和创新性运用各类文明资源,创造出了人类文明新形态。
The important theoretical basis of the new path of Chinese-style modernization has its origins in Marx’s basic viewpoints on modernization thought: It makes clear that the industrial revolution and capitalism played an important role in the modernization process but also brought problems, that there is no universal and unified mode of modernization, and that capitalism modernization should be critically absorbed and referenced. The new path of Chinese-style modernization has its own course of thought evolution: in the connotation evolution, the understanding of modernization has been continuously deepened from singleness to comprehensiveness;in the mode construction, we should also reasonably learn from the achievements of Western modern civilization while persevering in “taking our own path”;and in the path implementation, it makes clear the direction we must adhere to in propelling Chinese-style modernization. The practical course of the new path of Chinese-style modernization is divided into four stages: active explorations in the new democratic revolution period, foundation consolidation in the socialist revolution and construction period, comprehensive implementation in the period from the Reform and Opening-up to the 18 th CPC National Congress, and upgrading and accelerating in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The new path of Chinese-style modernization has made three important contributions to the development of the world modernization: first, it has established a theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, adding a brand-new theoretical form to world modernization;second, it has opened a new path of Chinese-style modernization, providing a successful development mode for the exploration of paths of human modernization;and third, it has creatively transformed and innovatively utilized all types of civilization resources to create new forms of human civilization.
