摘要
目的 探讨护理延伸服务在膀胱癌电切手术治疗患者中的应用价值。方法 此次研究时间为2020年1月,截止时间为2021年1月,选择我院在此时间内进行膀胱肿瘤电切术的50例膀胱癌患者为研究对象,按照手术的先后顺序将患者分为两组,分别为参照组和试验组,两组各25例患者。参照组患者使用常规护理模式,试验组患者使用护理延伸服务。对比两组患者护理结局及差异。结果 试验组患者术后并发症发生率为8%,显著低于参照组(32%)且试验组患者护理后,负面情绪评分显著低于参照组,生活质量评分显著高于参照组,组间数据比较结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理延伸服务使用在膀胱癌患者膀胱肿瘤电切术后,能够有效的减少术后并发症发生率、降低患者负面情绪评分,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing extended service in patients with bladder cancer undergoing electrosurgical resection. Methods The study time was January 2020, and the cut-ofi time was January 2021. Fifty patients with bladder cancer who underwent resection of bladder tumor during this time period were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of operation, namely, the reference group and the experimental group, and the two group consisted of 25 patients. The patients in the reference group used the conventional nursing mode, and the patients in the experimental group used the extended nursing service. The nursing outcomes and difierences between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(8%),which was significantly lower than that in the reference group(32%). After nursing, the score of negative emotion in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the reference group. The data comparison results between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of extended nursing service in patients with bladder cancer after resection of bladder tumor can efiectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce the negative emotional score of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
