摘要
对AZ61-2%Gd稀土镁合金开展不同的固溶与时效工艺优化,以提高其力学性能。结果表明,在400℃、8小时固溶+200℃、32小时时效的热处理条件下,该镁合金达到最佳性能是抗拉强度为230MPa,屈服强度为127MPa,延伸率为5.5%,硬度为61.5HB,并对此镁合金的强化机制进行了探讨。
Different solid solution and aging process optimizations have been carried out on AZ61-2%Gd rare earth magnesium alloy to improve its mechanical properties. The results show that under the heat treatment conditions of 400 ℃, 8 hours of solid solution + 200 ℃, and 32 hours of aging, the magnesium alloy achieves the best properties with a tensile strength of 230 MPa, a yield strength of 127 MPa,an elongation of 5.5%, and a hardness of 61.5HB. Finally, the strengthening mechanism of this magnesium alloy has been discussed.
