Ti@TiO 2纳米阵列超浸润网膜的制备及油水分离性能

摘要 本文利用化学氧化法,以钛网为基底,采用氢氧化钠150℃的水热反应,原位构建粗糙界面结构的TiO_(2)纳米阵列网膜。测试结果表明,所制备的Ti@TiO_(2)网膜具有良好的亲水性,空气中水接触角接近0°,水能快速渗透网膜;水下油滴接触角大于150°,属于典型的水下超疏油网膜。同时,Ti@TiO_(2)网膜具有特别优异的耐腐蚀性,强酸和高温都不会破坏其结构和性能。采用TiO_(2)纳米阵列网膜作为油水分离膜,应用于常见的几种油水混合物,分离效率可达到99%以上,是一种理想的油水分离膜材料。 In this paper,TiO_(2) nano array mesh with rough interface structure was constructed in situ by chemical oxidation method,using titanium mesh as substrate and by hydrothermal reaction of sodium hydroxide at 150℃.The test results show that the prepared omentum of Ti@TiO_(2) has good hydrophilicity,the contact angle of water in air is close to 0°,and water can quickly penetrate the omentum.The contact angle of oil droplets under water is more than 150°,indicating that it is a typical underwater super oil drainage membrane.At the same time,the omentum of Ti@TiO_(2) has particularly excellent corrosion resistance,and its structure and properties will not be damaged by strong acid or high temperature.When the nano array membrane of TiO_(2) is used as oil-water separation membrane for several common oil-water mixtures,the separation efficiency can reach more than 99%.It is an ideal oil-water separation membrane material.
