摘要
目的探讨基于危急值报告流程的优化护理对急诊就诊胸痛患者急救时间及护理工作满意度的影响。方法选取驻马店市中心医院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的214例急诊就诊胸痛患者作为研究对象,依据护理方案分为两组,即研究组与对照组,每组107例。对照组接受传统护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受基于危急值报告流程的优化护理,统计两组急救效果(急救时间、急诊滞留时间、住院时间)、不良事件发生率、护理工作满意度以及入院时、转运后心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果研究组住院时间、急诊滞留时间、急救时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(4.67%)低于对照组(14.02%)(P<0.05);研究组护理工作满意度(89.72%)高于对照组(64.59%)(P<0.05);转运后两组SDS、SAS评分低于入院时,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于危急值报告流程的优化护理用在急诊就诊胸痛患者时,可缩短急救时间、急诊滞留时间、住院时间,降低不良反应发生率,改善不良心理状况,增加护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the impact of optimized nursing based on the critical value reporting process on emergency response time and nursing job satisfaction of patients with chest pain in emergency department.Methods A total of 214 patients with chest pain in the emergency department admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans,namely the study group and the control group,with 107 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the study group received optimized nursing based on the critical value reporting process.The nursing job satisfaction,first aid effects(emergency time,emergency stay time,hospital stay),and the incidence of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results The hospitalization time,emergency stay time,and first aid time were shorter in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the study group(4.67%)was lower than that of the control group(14.02%)(P<0.05).The nursing job satisfaction in study group(89.72%)was higher than that in control group(64.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized nursing care based on the critical value report process is used for emergency patients with chest pain,which can shorten the emergency time,emergency stay time,hospital stay,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and increase nursing satisfaction.
